Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from The Pumpelly Estate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations at our discretion, subject to applicable laws.

Rates & Payments

Room rates, event pricing, taxes, and fees are subject to change without notice. Payment policies, deposit requirements, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay, including any incidental charges, damages, or additional services requested.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are communicated during the reservation process and may vary depending on room availability and operational needs.

Guests arriving after standard check-in hours will receive self-check-in instructions whenever possible. We appreciate advance notice of late arrivals.

Guest Conduct

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we ask that visitors conduct themselves respectfully toward other guests, staff, and neighboring properties.

The Pumpelly Estate reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if a guest's behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or causes damage to the property.

Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their visitors, or members of their party. The Pumpelly Estate reserves the right to charge the responsible party for repair, replacement, cleaning, or restoration costs.

Visitors

For the safety and comfort of all guests, only registered guests are permitted in guest rooms unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

Historic Property Notice

The Pumpelly Estate is a historic property. While we strive to maintain modern comforts and safety standards, guests acknowledge that certain features may reflect the age and character of the building.

Accessibility

Due to the historic nature of the property, accessibility may be limited. The Pumpelly Estate currently does not offer elevator access, wheelchair ramps, or first-floor guest accommodations. Guests are encouraged to contact us before booking with any accessibility questions.

Events & Gatherings

Special events, weddings, private functions, and group bookings may be subject to separate contracts, policies, and cancellation terms. In the event of a conflict, the event contract shall govern.

Parking

Parking is available on-site as space permits. Parking is reserved first and foremost for registered guests of the Bed & Breakfast. Event guests may be directed to designated overflow parking areas.

Guests park at their own risk. The Pumpelly Estate is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents.

Website Use

All content on this website, including photographs, text, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of The Pumpelly Estate or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or booking platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
