The Pumpelly Estate is a historic Victorian property dating to the 19th century. While we strive to make every guest feel welcome and comfortable, the estate was built long before modern accessibility standards.

Please note:

• There is no ramped access into the main house. 
• Guest rooms are located on upper floors and require the use of stairs. 
• The property does not have an elevator. 
• Wheelchair-accessible guest rooms are not available. 
• Some outdoor areas may feature uneven terrain, gravel pathways, historic walkways, and thresholds. 
• Guests with mobility concerns are encouraged to contact us prior to booking so we can discuss the property's layout and help determine whether it will meet their needs. 

We are happy to answer any questions and provide additional information to help guests plan their visit.

The Carriage House was designed to accommodate a wide range of guests and offers accessible entry and amenities for events and gatherings.

Features include:

• Two wheelchair-accessible ramps providing entry into the Carriage House. 
• A first-floor accessible restroom. 
• Spacious, flexible event layouts that can accommodate mobility devices. 
• Ground-level access to the main event space.
