Details for all Event Types

Consultation:
  1. Making a consultation appointment is easy. Just call 607-687-0510 or email us at request@pumpellyestate.com to arrange a date and time for a tour and private consultation. We tailor our appointment times to meet your personal needs.
  2. Sit down with our coordinator and discuss your vision. Together we will make your vision a reality.
  3. During the consultation you will take a tour through the Pumpelly House B&B, the Carriage House Event Center and walk the grounds.
  4. After the tour, you will receive a package booklet which shows all we have to offer from pre-designed packages to creating your own package. Your dreams create possibilities at Pumpelly House Estate.
Reserving Your Event:
Reserving your event is simple. There are 4 contracts to complete at various times of planning.

  1. The first contract and the most important is the Rental Contract, which secures your date. We offer one major event at a time, so you don’t have to worry about competing with other events during your event, but completing booking arrangements is a priority.
  2. The second contract we complete is the Beverage Contract. With our full liquor license, we can create the beverage service that is right for you.
  3. The third contract is the Catering and Menu Contract. Pumpelly House Estate has delectable menus to choose from, don’t see a package that meets your needs, our Chef can create a menu specifically for you. We also allow select outside caterers for events. When planning your menu, it is important to think about your likes and dislikes along with your guests dietary needs (gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, lactose free, soy, etc.). We create and customize your menu to accommodate you and your guests.
  4. The fourth contract is the Final Headcount Contract. We combine all the above contracts together and add the final headcount.
Annual Tasting (Weddings Only)
Pumpelly House Estate offers an Annual Tasting dedicated for couples* contracted at Pumpelly Estate. The Carriage House will be setup stationed style as you indulge in the sampling of our most popular entrées and sides offered by Pumpelly House Estate Catering. You will have access to a DJ, photographer, florist and baker to answer your questions or if you are still in need of one of these services, take the time to talk to the wedding professionals about their availability and service.

*Contracted couples are complimentary. A cash nominal fee is charged for each additional guest.

Arrange a personal consultation with our Chef to discuss menu options:
If you or your guests have dietary restrictions, not to worry, we can accommodate vegetarian, gluten free*, vegan*, dairy free, nuts, soy, other food allergies and diabetic diets.

Choose between your salad, entrées, vegetable and starches.

Together we will create the perfect menu for you event so you and your guests are happy and no one is feeling singled out or left out of the festivities.

After you have toured the Carriage House and selected an available event date, renting the Carriage House for your special event is easy. All you need to do is contact Pumpelly House Estate either by calling 607-687-0510 or send an email to request@pumpellyestate.com requesting the available date with the following information (download the PDF here).

We will prepare the rental contract and email it to the contracting party. The signed rental contact and initial payment of the rental cost needs to be returned to Pumpelly Estate by certified mail or dropped off in person.

*Pumpelly Estate does not except credit cars for rental payment. Rental payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Monday-Friday: $15/person  (5:30 to 9:30 PM)

Events


Monday-Friday: $525 per person (available 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM)

Saturday: $525/hour (available from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM)


Sunday: $525/hour (available from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM)


Holidays: $3000/event (available from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

We are closed Independence Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

All prices are subject to current NY State Sales Tax.

For Weddings, event duration includes ceremony and reception. If ceremony is taking place at Pumpelly House Estate, Brides can arrive a maximum of 2 hours prior to ceremony to dress in the Carriage House Bridal Room, unless B&B Accommodations have been reserved.
Hosting a Bridal or Baby Shower can be daunting task. At Pumpelly House Estate, you will feel relaxed and the shower planning will be done with ease.

Pumpelly House Estate offers various menus for showers. Whether you choose our popular tea shower, or one of our other favorites; brunch, lunch or desserts showers, the guest of honor along with all the guests will be relaxed and enjoy the perfect day.

Shower Reservation are for 3 hours and pricing is based on selected menu, rental charge, 20% service charge, and NY State Sales Tax.

  • Gift Opening or a Display Shower (gifts come unwrapped and guests view gifts as they enjoy the rest of the shower)

  • Social time at the beginning, during or end
Equipped for corporate needs, the staff at Pumpelly Estate helps you present a professional business meeting.

Plan your corporate itinerary:
  • Let us know the setup that works best for your group (round tables, 2×6 conference tables, auditorium style, etc.)
  • Plan your menu with our Chef and Events Coordinator
  • Bring the necessary equipment and information you need for the meeting and the rest is up to us

Board Meeting: $200.00 (2 hours) - up to 10 people
1/2 day (4 hours): $350.00 - up to 10 people
Full Day (8 hours): $600.00 - up to 10 people

Carriage House

1/2 day (4 hours): $350.00 - 11+ people
Full Day (8 hours): $600.00 - 11+ people

Food & Beverage
We offer a wide variety of catering and beverage options. Our Event Coordinator or Chef will provide you with catering and beverage options to meet your need. 20% Service Charge and NY State Sales Tax apply.
We love the holiday season. The entire property is decorated in elegant and sophisticated style. It is the perfect backdrop for any holiday event.
  • Decide your menu with the Events Coordinator or Chef
  • Let us know what you are planning to include, DJ/band, centerpieces, gift exchange
  • We’ll do the rest so you can be a guest at your own Holiday Party
